Helping you navigate the menopause.
Following a brief meeting we will have a talk from Sharon Hartmann "The Menopause Clinic "
Who runs a specialist nurse-led clinic based in Weston-super-Mare and pride themselves,on delivering a person-centred approach to menopause. Their aim is to provide you with up to date, safe, evidence-based information, helping you to feel empowered as you navigate this new phase of life whilst ensuring your future health and well-being. Helping your menopause to be a positive experience and offering support through this transition.
Refreshments, Raffle , Bring and buy table, Foodbank donations .
